Imma have to get about 15lbs of protein.

As far as cardio, I always do HIIT. If I keep doing HIIT and drop too much weight, then I'll just do light cardio.

It wasn't for bodybuilding. It was the elemental diet. I did it to try to get out of a flare up of my colitis.

The first time I went from 184 to 156. I fell off the wagon and had a lot of fat I needed to get rid of.

This time I started 172 and currently down to 165. I am now 1 week in. I'm fine now with the food thing, but the first 2-3 days is horrible.

I've been considering doing a v-diet in the future, I'm 6 weeks in on a standard cut and down about 9-10 lbs and I'm planning on doing that for another 6 weeks and seeing where I'm at. What kind of protein blend are you planning on using?

Also, liquid diets work amazingly for both bulking and cutting. Unfortunately its a very unsocial way to consume food and you'll quickly not feel human.

I once did as summer (roughly around 2 months) drinking nothing but power aid and eat 1 salad w/ meat a day (back when i was around 22 and had a terrible breakup).

Lost a total of 25 pounds in 2 months but lost a ton of muscle along with fat. But I did get a six pack which was short lived when I stared eating normal again.

It is best to do weight loss slow and controlled. Look at it this way, you don't get fat overnight so you shouldn't expect to drop the fat over night either.
