    Traps? Other exercises?

    Anything besides shrugs to target the traps.... I know DL's do too but anything that most people dont know?

    Shrugs are the best you can do...Not many people do behind the back shrugs or seated shrugs...

    Well a large majority of shoulder movements incorporates the traps somehow. Make sure you utilize different grips, movements, weights, reps, etc. Everything listed before me is the way to go.

    do static holds put as much as you can on the bar.. DL it up and just let your arms hang, keep your head back and hold it as long as you can.. do it 3-4 times and youll feel them starting to RIP!!!

    letting your arms hang will curve your back, and if your grip is stronger than your traps, then you havent trained your traps before

    5-hang cleans or Power cleans
    I think if you had to pick to 2 they should be cleans and DB shrugs. Just my opinion though.
