just get back into a routine...it'll come back quick...i had the flu over thanksgiving break (8 days) and lost bout 9 lbs, gained it back in 3 weeks. you dont have anything to worry bout
and just eat as much as possible"Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength." ~Arnold Schwarzenegger~
"The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will." ~Vince Lombardi~

yea, water and rest are where its at. if it were me though, and you had that kinda temp yesterday, i'd take more than 3 days off. i doubt your better today if you were runnin 103 yesterday. if you strain yourself and make yourself weak from workin out, you'll relapse and it'll be worse. i'd play it safe imo
