Hey guys I will be doing a 45 day log of Controlled Labs Purple Wraath- Ergogenic Essential Amino Acid Matrix. Thanks CL and Pu12en12g for giving me this opportunity to test your new product. I cant wait to see the results.

Here is my info:

Age: 18 (I will be 19 by the end of this Log)

Sex: M

Height: 5'10

Weight: 170

Bodytype: mesomorph

Current Training Schedule / Protocol:
These are typical workouts of mine but they change slightly week to week.

***Monday - Chest***
Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets 10-8-6-4
Dumbell Bench Press: 3 sets 10-8-6
Incline Dumbell or Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets 12-10-8-6

Since i am in college i dont have an exact diet. But i eat 3-4 meals a day+ protein shakes pwo and before i go to bed. I have atleast 200g of protein a day.

1.5 gallons

Short Term Goal:
gain 5lbs by the end of the school year (may 5)

Long Term Goal:
gain 10lbs by the end of summer

***Day 1:***
I will be following this layout for my supplementation throughout the testing.

1 Hour Pre-workout Supplementation:
-1 Scoop Substance WPI

45 minutes Pre-workout Supplementation:
-4 Pills White Blood
-5 Pills Green Blood
-2 Pills X-Factor
-3 Scoops Glycergrow

30 minutes Pre- and Throughout Workout Supplementation.
-2 Scoops Purple Wraath Sipped

30 minutes Post-Workout
1 scoop Substance WPI

***Observations and Thoughts***
-First of all Purple Wrath did not dissolve very well, there were many particles floating around at the bottom of the bottle after i shook it. Also a thick foam was produced at the top of the bottle from the Purple Wraath.
-The taste of Purple Wraath is like a very strong Chewable Grape Tylenol for Kids ground and mixed with water. Its not very tolerable and I will def need to find another way of taking this product.
- I intended to take the 2 scoops preworkout but i ended up taking it 30 minutes before and sipped it throughout my entire workout.
- My workout did not feel any differently today.
- I will be lowering my intake to 1 scoop of Purple Wraath tomorrow.
- I did not experience the tingling feeling.

yeah, use 10 ounces of water per scoop and let it sit for 30 mintues, this will allow it to dissolve better. mine dissolves pretty quickly.

Dude, it is a supplement log - the testers are supposed to report on these types of things since mixability is often an issue. He wasn't "bitching", he was reporting that it doesn't immediately dissolve.

If you don't want to read that kind of impression/detail, then reading the supplement log section is probably not the best idea.

***Day 2***
Today I tried something different

45 minutes Pre-workout Supplementation:
-4 Pills White Blood
-5 Pills Green Blood
-2 Pills X-Factor
-3 Scoops Glycergrow

30 minutes Pre-Workout.
-1 Scoop Purple Wraath mixed with
-1 Scoop Substance WPI
-16 oz Water

***Observations and Thoughts***
- The taste was alot more tolerable today. It was still alittle different but the Watermelon Substance WPI helped alot. I chased it with some Lemon Snapple Iced Tea.
- I still did not have a tingly feeling but maybe tomorrow when I try 2 scoops again all at once I will feel it.
- I reached a new Personal Record today. I did Squats: 10x225. Before it was 6X225. Yea I know it's weak but hey its getting there. But anyways I was really happy about that, I seemed to get a burst of energy out of nowhere and my knees didn't bother me as much.
