Set rep and 1rm PR in one session!

I started the session with very ****ty efforts in Hang clean and box squat, so I said **** it and just went to bench. My friend egged me on to do 225, so I did it and got 10 reps (+2 PR)-No failure, but 11th rep probably wasn't in the cards.

I then did 245x5(+1 PR)

Then my friend just got me to go for a 1rm, so I put on 280 and hit it. And it was a grind.

280 after max reps at 225 leaves me with alot of optimism that I can hit 300 soon.

Thats awesome Congrats.

Makes me wanna go lift right now ... if only I wasnt in Physics class :-/.

But hey thats some sick lifts on the bench, 280 after 225x10 ... now I got something to shoot for by end of 2006.

Best of luck hitting 300. I'm sure its just around the corner.

Yeah, you could definitely add 10lbs to that "max" fresh, probably more. You could be at 300lbs now.
