Testosterone question
is it true that by working out your legs you build your testosterone up, and if so why the pills? What is the advantage of building your testosterone up?

umm yeah.. cute...
It doesnt raise it to any level that is of significant biologic value. Even if it is a 50-100 ng/dL raise which would be on the high end, over 90% of it is going to get eaten up by SHBG and be biologically inactive anyway. That is why steroids work better than just a simple elevation from exercise. THey increase test well above normal, for lengths of time that are required for them to have muscular impact. and at levels above the binding capacity of SHBG.

Testosterone levels reduce during exercise. Squats are a good leg exercise, but not the universal answer to anything related to bodybuilding.

You asked about steroids in your q . Anyway, when people take it, I hear, its like many orders of magnitudes more than what you naturally produce.

x2
Also natural (non-steroid) testboosters can increase your total test and/or increase your free test. Not to steroid levels, of course.
