Got off track, how to get back on?
Well i was doing real good on losing fat, but the last 2 weeks, ive slacked off, and havent done anything. Diet went not all the way to chit, but close. I race motocross and my quad is what keeps me motivated, but its been gone for about 6 weeks(frame broke) and the last 2 weeks, ive just lost motivation to do my routines. I will have it back monday, so i figure ill start back up then, but i tell myself each day that ill go tomorrow, but when it comes by, i say, hell i might as well just start back monday.... I feel horrible, but its like a mental block. Has anyone had this before? Thanks

Stop being lazy. There are days I have to drag ass into the gym, but you know once Im there, its not that bad. You're beating yourself. Its a matter of how much you want it. Just don't accept failure, plain and simple.
Make a promise to yourself. Go in the gym, and if you still dont feel like being there when you get there, go back.
Make gols, both short and long. Make em high.
Stop making excuses - get off your ass and get it done.

Just go to the gym. Once there you will get back in the groove. The hardest part is actually just going.

The longer you engage in something the more resistance and endurance you build. Your body becomes more adaptive and you will be adapting a new lifestyle without having the word "DIET" in your mind. Your not in a diet because your a healthy person, and you eat healthy....

well i got off my ass and did work at the gym today. Got there around 2 and was there till 4. I started off with a 10min warm up on the concept 2 rowers around 2min 5 sec 500m, for 10min. Then i started my HIIT. Did 20min of 1min sprint, 1min slow for 20min. Tried to keep my sprint around 1min 40sec, but that only lasted for the first half, then it got up to 1min 50sec, still kicked my ass though! Then as soon as i got off that, i got on a spinner and rode that for 35min doing some sprints and some fast spinning. I feel soooo good! Im happy with myself now knowing i did that, and now i can't stop! The only days I wont go to the gym are days that I go ride and a day or two before a race. thanks everyone for getting me back on track! Howd it go for you gettinfit26?

Thanks for asking...
I am going for a 45-60 min run off road (hills etc.) My diet was spot on. I am traveling for business next week so I am preparing a bunch of food to take so I won't eat the crap they have.
Keep it up. Hitting the gym hard Sunday. Can't wait

Then went to the gym, got home, had another banana, and then had mashed potatoes, corn, roast beef. And ill prob grab something else later on tonight.
