would jogging 4-5 miles on a track be accepted for light cardio on a bulk... or is that too much, not sure if i'm doing too much or too little but I feel fine and not really winded after I'm done with it, takes about 40-50 minutes.
yeah I am fine with it, doesn't really wear me down at all, could just keep going and even accelerate the pace if I needed to. Last year when I wasn't weight training I was jogging 5 miles a day from oct-dec. also play pickup games of full court basketball pretty often w/ no probs.
