Smile Supplements for men over 40?

I'll be 40 in May and after a long layoff from the weights. I have decided to get back into shape. I have created a 6-12 week program that fits my schedule. But I think that I might just need some help from supplements. I am currently taking DHEA and feel that it is helping a great bit. Im your average American male potbelly, the works. Im looking to get rid of the potbelly and strengthen my body. Any suggestions about supplements? Oh yes! I am taking Paxil and Atenonol for high blood pressure. Thanks!

    Hi Steve,

First off, congrats on starting up again. Becides DHEA, make sure you are on a decent multi-vitamin, whey protein, green tea pills, and fish oil pills. Anything other then that, I would highly advise you to run it past your doctor.

You can look into a plain Creatine product, print it out, and run it by him. I will list a few so you can read up.

    PrimaForce CEE

    SNS Creatine E2

    **** Cr2

Also, make sure your food intake in clean. This will make the world of a difference.

Careful with DHEA. I would suggest taking a saliva test to determine your DHEA level or ask you doctor to test for it. Start with Whey protein, which may help with your high blood pressure. If your not eating clean then a mulit- vitamin will help. Potbelly is dangerous, so reduce your beer and cut your meal in half. Feeling down or drain can also be low testosterone. Have that tested. There are home kits if you don't want to go you doctor.
