    Shoulders day after chest?

I usually do a hard chest/tri workout mondays and thursdays, and then bi's, back, and shoulders tues. and friday, with legs on wed. Question is when i do shoulder press, it seems to be also working my upper chest, and I know it work my tri's. Is this bad, or am I good with what im doing? Thanks for any advice.

If you were working each muscle once a week id say its fine as I do that. But if you hit each twice a week then I wouldnt suggest shoudlers day after chest.

I think you are overdoin it a bit. I'd say your overtraining almost everything except your legs. Then again, I'm not sure what your doing for sets and reps. Why don't you just try something like this:
    Monday: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
    Tuesday: Back/Biceps
    Wednesday:Legs
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: Shoulders/Arms
    Saturday: Off
    Sunday: Off

This routine has worked really well for me, but it might be too much for some others. I think your split would be too much for anyone to handle, unless your on steroids.
Or you can keep it at a simple, tried and tested split that works:
    Monday: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
    Tuesday: Off
    Wednesday: Back/Biceps
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: Legs
    Saturday: Off
    Sunday: Off

In conclusion, I do think you are overtraining your shoulders for sure, along with chest, triceps, back, biceps. But if it works for you, then don't change it, just be careful of overtraining though.
