Can you OD with glucosamine?
I have a really bad wrist and I want to get rid of it as quickly as possible, I know resting is the best thing to do but I've been off for 2 weeks and need to get back into working out. Right now I take 3g of glucosamine sulfate a day, and about 20g of EFA's. So if its okay to megadose glucosamine then how much is nessicary for helping my wrist get better more quickly without harm to my body, if any?

i'm sure that there is a point that it would be dangerous, but why? add in some MSM and cissus quandrangularis instead of megadosing glucosamine

The LD50 of oral glucosamine in animals is approximately 8000 mg/kg with no adverse effects at 2700 mg/kg with continued administration over a 12 month period.
