I don't know if its the whey protein or that one packet of slender I have in the morning but for the past week I have had gas alot....how embarrassing...and my stomach now stays bloated.
The bloated usually happens after I have my morning shake...I do mix it with half milk and the other part water. I like my flat belly and it doesn't look too good when I working at the gym and my clients wants to look at my stomach...
Anyone else been or going through this....

I've found this to be a problem when my protein intake is more than 1.25 grams per pound of bodyweight... thats just my body. and considering i usually take in closer to 1.5... hope people have their gas mask ready when they see me comin!

whey and milk both give me slight gas in big quantities...don't really care though, only time it sucks is in the middle of making out or sex and trying to hold it in lol.
for me i've narrowed it down to those, or large fiber at one time... protein isn't whats doing it for me, i did ckd for awhile eating pretty much all meat (tons of protein) and never had gas problems then.

dried fruit makes me bloated as **** (only when eating more than most people ever do though).
Its obvious that you should try not having that shake in the morning, and see if you dont get bloated.5'11", 187lbs, 19 y/o

could be a problem with milk, could be a problem with whey, may be a problem with both. have you ever tried to eliminate these items from your diet for a while to test your body? is your whey a concentrate or isolate? sometimes concentrates effect people like this.
