see, Im 6'2 and 200 pounds, I aint got alot muscle but I got alot fat, so wut do y'll think is the better way to lose fat and gain muscle, do more reps with lighter equipments or less reps with heavier equipments or if u know some other ways could u please tell me

It is not impossible to lose fat and build muscle but it is improbable. You goal should be to cut fat and RETAIN muscle. Weight training, cardio, and proper nutrition are you best weapons.

Ey b, the one thing to focus on when loosing body fat and retaining/gaining muscle is your cal/nutrient uptake. These two will determine ur success, sleep comes next then training..the reason for trainin is last is u must not be tryin to get stronger so just do more shaping exercises with higher reps .
