Melting Point and Sesamin, if nothing else, they may actually improve Blood pressure.

Agreed
A friend of mine let me try the stimulant-free Blue Up from Controlled Labs and I lost some fat with no jitters or anything. Some other good ones are Sesamin, Sesalean (cook with it), and Lean Out by Beverly International.

This stack is easily one of the strongest stimulant-free fat loss stacks on the market.

Agreed. I would honestly just start out with some diet tweaks and maybe some Sesamine. You'll be suprised at the difference those two can make.

Diet is the number one key but cooking with Sesalean could help in that department.

Would AMP be ok?
Also if I started using BP meds would it be ok to use ECA and still keep my BP down as long as I was on medication?

NO! Why take two drugs using one to merely ameliorate the effects of the other??
Get your diet and training in order, then consider a safe non-stimulant like Melting Point or Sesamin.
