Too many to decide
So many creatine threads, so many products, loading, non loading, cycles, phazes, monohydrate, ethyl ester ?!?!?!?!
Any recommendations for a first time creatine user with a normal budget?
Was thinking either Size On - Gaspari or Cell Tech or Cell Mass..
Also WTF is everyone talking about when they say "dat dere cell tech" ???
Haha Cheerz for the help guys. Will Rep!!

Just get some Creatine Monohydrate from GNC (flavorless of course) and mix it with grape juice when you drink it.
The grape juice helps it... I don't remember how exactly, has something to do with faster opening of the stores and/or bigger storage for water and whatnot.
Anyways, ya, just get regular Creatine Monohydrate.

I would recommend just getting some basic creatine monohydrate, you can easily get 1000g for $20.
Cell Tech = Overpriced, outrageous claims

So i've ordered Dymatize Creatine Monohydrate. Like $60 for 1100grams. I know its ****n expensive in australia. But seriously thats through ebay and retail stores are even more expensive. But yeh so just wanna make sure this is how your suppose to load...
Take 20 grams a day (over 4 servings) for the first "loading" week.
Then for the next 6 weeks take 5-10 grams a day after workouts with grape juice. Or 5 grams in the morning on days you don't workout.
Have a 1-2 week break, then start loading again.
Is that right? Also do you only need to take creatine with a carb source after workouts?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.. WILL REP!!

with mono you load 5 dayslike u were saying 5 grams at a time 4 times a day then you take creatine pre workout and post or before bed
you should get 5 grams a day but i probly get in about 20 grams and it doesn't exactly hurt.

as far as i'm know you dont have to load creatine
OP-you dont need to load or cycle it. 5 grams pre or post workout (no less than 1 hour after taking protein if you take protein).
take it with grape juice as it will help absorb it faster.
someone correct me if i am wrong
