wassap guys...almost near the end of my cutting cycle...so far i'm down about 15 lbs....5'7" 190lbs....let me know what ya think....comments are greatly appreciated....

diet routine is fairly simple, i try to eat pretty lean but i'm not overly obsessive with it. One thing that i do that's very different than most people is when i'm leaning down i don't do the whole eat tons of protein thing. Remember one very impt thing "Proteins are calories to", for my bodytype to lose weight i have to basically cut down on everything, including protein, i usually take in about 150 grams a day, average amt of carbs, and try to stay pretty low in the fat dept. As for cardio i'm up to about 45 minutes a day on the stairmaster, i usually burn anywhere between 500-800 calories, and as soon as i'm done i usually do 5 sets of 100 crunches (front, side, and lower)...i also do all of my cardio after my weight training.
