squat till you puke is my modo man. jay cutler told me that himself.
"well for size, you need to squat really till you are ready to throw up, at least thats how I did it.

hahaha, omg, the beep test; i remember the beep test, it sucks ass, but its easy to get up to like level 7 or 8, but once u get to 9 and 10, ur ****ed. best idea is to run with like creatine and water in a bottle. drink it fast at level 6, and ur set to level 10 dude.

I think its your CNS or something taking a beating. Anyways, puking is the most catabolic thing you can do to your body, so try to avoid it.

very normal. after heavy squats and leg presses, looking at weights gives me the feeling of throwing up. You're legs are huge muscles and the heavy exercises we preform require maximum energy output. As rider said, make sure you get extra carbs in on leg day, especially pre workout. Anatomically, I'm not exactly sure what causes it, but good form, proper breathing, and correct nutrition will ensure the best leg workout possible.
