    Foods that get alcohol out of your system faster

    Are there any foods or drinks that can get alcohol out of your body faster. i heard carbs were good but i was thinking if you drink allot of water it will make the% of alcohol in your blood lower which might make sum1 less drunk so if any1 knows how to get alcohol out of your system faster please post

    Just drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated, it is about the best you could do.

    If you're thinking for a hangover, then it isn't the alcohol that makes you feel like crap, it's you being dehydrated. Therefore, water or gatorade. Otherwise, fructose like EgolessGod said.

    as far as the dehydration factor, gatorade is better than water. other than that, alcohol leaves your body through water, so if you pee or sweat, that will definitely help. if you go to a gym that has a sauna, that's a great way to kick it out of your system.

    doesnt alcohol stay in your system for only 8 hours? at least thats what i read on the drug testings

    As far as food affecting how drunk you are/how the alcohol is affecting your system, thats an urban myth. The only thing that has an affect is time, your just gonna have to let it run its course.

    As far as being hungover, its been said, this is dehydration. Drink alot of water.

    aside from the gatorade, i guess you could try milk thistle.. though i've never heard of it being used for this, it makes sense to me in theory.

    eat bread to soak up the alcohol and then force yourself to throw up. Thats what my friends made me do once when I ODed on 151. Probably saved my life.

    may have worked to stop you from poisoning yourself, but does little to nothing for alcohol that's been absorbed already; which i believe is what the thread starter was asking about.
