    Bobby's crunch'y Crispie Cookies

I thought I'd share this perfect cookie recipe I created whilst experimenting in the kitchen.
    CAL PRO CARBS FAT

    X1. JUMBO EGG 100 / 8.5 / TRACE / 7.3

    10G. COCO 33 / 2.31 / 1.05 / 2.17
    PWDER

    10G. BRAN 18.8 / 1.63 / 0 / 0.59

    1/2 TSP - / - / - / -
    BICARB

    1/2 TSP - / - / - / -
    CREAM
    OF
    TARTAR

    25G. LINSEED 117.5 / 5.75 / 0 / 10

    50G. NATTY PB 289.5 / 14.8 / 1.55 / 23

    15ML WALNUT 124 / 0 / 0 / 13.8
    OIL

    Instructions:

Combine dry ingredients, add egg, beat to sticky consistancy add Pb and oil, beat once again.

Divide dough into 8 equal pieces, roll into balls and place onto a baking tray sprayed with 'PAM', flatten balls and bake in a pre-heated oven at 220c for 10mins, turn cookies and bake for a further 5mins, transfer to a cooling rack, cool and enjoy.

Note: I have deducted fiber from total carbohydrate. To add a sweeter taste add splenda or another repretable brand of your choice, just count the extra carbohydrates.

    Hope you enjoy.

    Bobby.
