New Bulking Diet (Current one not working)

My current diet which mainly consists of about a pound of chicken per day and brown rice (hard to stomach by the way) isn?t working for me. I've decided to create a new diet consisting mainly of eggs and oats.

    -12 Egg, white only
    -6 Egg, whole, fried
    -2 Olive oil (Tablespoons)
    -2 Quaker Oats (Cups
    -2 La Yogurt
    -2 ON 100% Whey Protein
    -6 Milk, Whole (Cups)
    -? Broccoli (Bunch)
    -2 Cheerios (Cups)
    -1 Banana (Large)
-1 5-6oz Chicken cutlet or a can of tuna

    Totals 4092 cals 170 fat 402 carb 276 prot

    How does this look??
