Maybe try doing some unilateral work and working the right side a little more than the left. If your left side is dominant then you need to balance your strength out. Try split squats, single arm presses, single arm rows, 1 leg dumbell romanian deadlifts. Maybe try adding 1-2 more reps on your right side till you bring it up to the left sides level.

Yeah, more DB work, less BB for a while

I train my weaker side first.

    Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.

yeah im right handed and i right now start working my right side first. i do single arm curls and rows. Starting today i think im going to place 5 more lbs on my right side work outs and add 1-3 more reps until its balanced.

    thanks for the tips though.

No, don't do that. Use the same weight and start with the weaker arm, and do as many reps as you can. Then do the same amount of reps with the same weight with the stronger arm. You will eventually be balanced out.. I had this issue when I first started.
