Critique/ help me with my workouts for size and strength
Monday, thursday- upper body
Bench press- 4 Sets of 8-12 reps
Military press- 4 sets 8-12 reps
Pullups- 4 sets 8-12 reps
Preacher curl- 3 sets 8-12 reps
Tuesday- legs, lower back, and abs
Squats- 5x5
Leg press- 4 sets 10-15 reps
Deadlift- 1 set of 5 (seen good strength gains
Calf Raise- 4 sets 15-25
Weighted situps- 1 set till failure
