I know most of us think fast food is evil. But there is few items in ever food chain that may be conisedred decent. Example Carl's Jr charbroild chicken club snadiwich. iTs 39g or protein and 10g of carbs and 6g of fat. Sandwich come without bread. Any one knows of any good food you can find in fast food place, please share!

Subway really isn't that bad... the worst part about it is the bread, it is processed, but in terms of macro ratios and calories, it's decent stuff.

Depends man, some food-court salads can have 700+ calories. No joke. Depends on quantity of cheese, dressings, etc. They've ruined salad, one may have thought it couldn't be done, but it has been done, good friend, it has been done. Nothing is "safe" these days, not with the values of our society and the corporations praying on the ignorance of individuals who are trying to eat healthily.
"Well that tasted great, AND it was salad, so it must be healthy, I'll have to come back here and get that again"
A lot of places will give nutrition facts either online, or at the actual place, so you can probably checkSeptember '04 - 320 pounds, 100% body fat (lol)

Same thing goes for Subway. They have wheat bread, but it's not whole wheat. So it really doesn't matter if you get white or wheat there.
For those who are talking about Chipotle, while they do make the best damn fast food burritos out there, they are by no means healthy :-P They have nutrition facts on their site now if you wish to look for yourself. A Chipotle burrito should definitely be considered a cheat meal.
One of my favorites is Fazoli's. http://www.fazolis.com
They let you make your own pasta, have a whole wheat option, and don't use High Fructose Corn Syrup in their sauce. I'll eat there every once in a while.

I don't think they're whole wheat. I think they might be "wheat", but "wheat" does not mean "clean". I used to get tuna wraps there, until I realized it was 5 parts mayo to 1 part tuna. The turkey breast wrap would be good though, just very low calorie

I am someone who enjoys fast food and going out to eat but I love working out and keeping a clean diet and everything that goes with that. So, I have one cheat meal per week on either Saturday or Sunday. Usually it's a meal from Wendy's or pizza or something like that along with soda and anything else I feel like having. I have found that it doesn't negatively impact my gains and it keeps me on my diet for the rest of the week. From everything I have read over the years, cheat days are actually encouraged.
I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. -Michael Jordan

That's why everytime you hit the gym you either get another rep with that weight on an exercise or increase by 5 lbs. and get the same number of reps as last week with that exercise.
