I need to get big!
I have been trying to get big for a while now.I know what to do.EAT!Everyone always tells me to eat.I am 14,and weigh 78 pounds.I want to gain weight,I dont care if it is fat or muscle,I just want to gain weight.But I know muscle weighs more than fat.I am a hardgainer so I am very skinny.I hope to be at at least 110 pounds by September.If you guys could just give me a good workout routine,one that works all my muscles I would like to try it.I would also like it to have exercises for my skinny forearms.If you could give me a meal plan that would be nice too.

buddy all i can tell u at UR weight u need to eat everyting in sight eat mcdonalds a few times a week pizza **** like that and work out
do someting like
chest\tri - monday
tuesday off
wed bi and back
thur legs
fri traps shoulders and lats

dirty bulk. eat nothing but pizza and burgers and drink nothing but milk. dont even consider running or doing cardio

Jesus, your 78lbs? thats 5 stone! I dont think steriods could save you! j/k if you weighed that much, doctors perscribe anavar to help with encouraging growth. ( http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/south94.htm) under strict doctors supervision!
110lbs by september. Thats about 7 & a half stone in 6 months.
Your 14 yrs old, im sorry your sevearly mal-nurished. The last time i was 5 stone was back in primary school in year 2, at the age of 6. You must have your numbers mistaken. I dont think it would be safe for you to do any weight training whats so ever.
To gain weight, IMO I would have dextrose before I went a bed. This would spike insulin levels, & probaly store it as fat.
Im sorry I have never came across this before!

I think if he was to eat everything in site, he would probaly go into anaphlatic shock, & need adrenaline. Due to I dont think his digestive system could take that much. Its probaly the equivalant of an od on oral steriods, on the liver.

Thats about 6 inches shorter than me and 113 pounds lighter. Though I am kinda fat.

buddy dont work out
u might fracture ur small bones
get to 120 then lift eat anyting u want coockies any any any thing u will gain fat who cares u are soo skinny take vitamins go to the doctor because at your weight u can possibly be mal nurished and die do u eat at all?

Normally a weight gainer shake would be a bad idea but in your case I'd say go for it man. Really post about this in the Nutrition Section man you'd get better answers.
