Just posting my beginning stats for the journal so I can compare myself to it on later dates:
Bicep Curl: 30 lbs. x 1
Bench Press: 140 lbs. x 1
Squat: 160 lbs. x 1
Clean: 90 lbs. x 1 (Need Better Technique)
If anyone knows how to help me increase these maxes, I'd appreciate it. Started out a few months ago, was just shown the forums, thank you.
