Unhappy Shoulder Pain after doing Bi's?

does anyone here get shoulder pain after working bi's hardcore? I worked bi's and tri's really hard about 5 days ago and for the past 4 days my right shoulder ( tendon? )hurts like crazy, I can't do any press movements. I used to experience this kind of pain quite often, but after taking the summer off from lifting, the pain stopped ( the injury healed? ). The pain came back after I worked bi's and tri's really hard, lately I have been working bi's with back tri's with chest, they never got worked as hard as I did several days ago. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Shoulder Pain

What you are experiencing is actually very common. It is most likely that it is your bicep tendon that is causing the pain. I would recommed you find a good soft-tissue therapis or look on the active release technique website to find a practicioner in your area.
