i don't mean to be unpatriotic (although, technically i'm not british), england are gonna get man-handled by a superior france.
i mean, what is the true difference with this squad and the last one from the world cup?
the only true difference i see is david james, frank lampard and steven gerrard.
rooney is over hyped with a short temper. he has two ending is this tourney, he either gets a red card, or gets a yellow which will make sven overreact and substitute him for hesky. AND WE ALL KNOW HESKY IS ****.
i seriously feel that this generation of england is not good enough 2 win either the euro or world cup. i feel thier best chance is 2 wipe the slate clean and start with a new generation.
its the same ol same ol. the media overhypes the england squad, only for them to come back with thier tails between thier legs.Isaiah 43:2: When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.

Our football team has always lacked the killer instinct.
Our fans are number 1...but our football players care more about what their hair looks like & what they're doing after the game.
The rugby world cup was a lot different.

I think other countries get alot more excited over soccer than us americans do over any sport
i mean yeah we get pretty excited at football games and stuff
but the way television and the media portray soccer.. the fans are nuts! haha they're all drunken and screaming.. its like a cult.. soccer is probably the most unpopular sport in america.. but i love it.. soccer is an incredible game that takes amazing talent imo.
i was just wondering.. since all other countries call soccer football.. does anyone ever say soccer? or does everyone in ur countries just call it football?I'm bored.. lol

Does anyone know if the Eurocup is going to be shown at all in the US? If they don't I'm going to be pissed. Not because they won't show it, but because they would rather show a bunch of little kids showing us that they can spell complex words, woopdeedee****ingdooo!!!
Prepare to get your ass kicked.
