    muscle + Fat loss

    is there any way to put on muscle while losing fat? not at the same time, but like i know people bulk to get big, then cut to lose the fat. is there any way i could do both?

    just try to eat clean and get muscle, this should give u extra calories to be able to play with, as u get lean mass your fat may drop, if not then u can go onto a cutting routine (this can be searched) I believe its somewhat possible eventhough alot of ppl disagree

    you should go for 6 high protein medium (possibly lower medium) carb meals a day and workout 3 days a week, u may also add 2 cardio days for example


    mon chest biceps
    tue cardio
    wed sback triceps
    thur cardio
    friday shoulders legs
    weekend off

    this is what i do and works for me

    also time your supps etc

    keep looking into it bro, see what works for u
