Exclamation calisthenics vs bodybuilding (with weights) battle!!!

i know calisthenics can be considered bodybuilding, but i am talking about bodybuilding with weights vs calisthenics with a bar.

I personally like bodybuilding WAY more than calisthenics, but this is an open thread to fight about which one of them is better.

    please post your opinion.

Both are great , now don't think you can't build muscle and strenght with calisthenics, and here i mean WEIGHTED Calisthenics in that way you can make Progression Overload in rest you apply the principle like you train in the gym , caloric surplus, enough sleep, progression overload like i said earlier etc.

People who do calisthenics are stronger and are more athletic than someone who just lifts weights all the time.

IMO, Bodybuilding is good for well, body building. I think it's easier to build muscle lifting, which is a big reason lots of people do it. Obviously.

With calisthenics, you have to add weights to yourself and stuff. With BB'ing, you just pick up a heavier dumbbell, barbell, etc.

They're not calisthenics once you weight them.

if you cant get that right, how do you expect people to take you seriously.
    especially with that grammar lmao.
she also said once you add weight to calisthenics, its no longer considered calisthenics. Bro how dumb are you, do you even read, or lift.

Yep dumbass it Weighted Calisthenics it not anymore calisthenics , sadly you too have a coconut brain, true my gramar is not perfect my main language was not English sadly , but as an experiment let see your gramar with another language you don't know very well , if you can speak 10 languages with perfect gramar you are the best and i have nothing to say more, rofl don't even think to try , it obv you can't do that pal. I don't care how people are taking me , seriosly or no this forum is 50% **** up by people like her + the good part : Weighted Calisthenics is a non existent thing and that guy from above says she is one of the most experiemented lifter? damn't man i laughted like hell at that phrase + 31 body fat and she is one of the most experimented lifter ,this made my day haha. i think the real question about lifting is : Is he even lifting ? haha. do some research you too buddy.

PS: to much jelousy for the calisthenics or weighted calisthenics but doesn't matter to much that is weighted or not , only dumb people who wants to fight via forums can say things like that rofl also for the next retards who will come here to replay without weights you won't be able to build to much muscle mass because won't be to much resistent to challange the body aka progresive overload. So if you want to build muscle mass but without going to the gym or working with dumbbells barbells you have to do Weighted Calisthenics who is awesome. Take it as an advice don't give a **** if you like it or not.

Take it as an advice don't give a **** if you like it or not.

according to what you say SQUATS should be calisthenics because they start out as a bodyweight exercise and you add weight.

Or you can do pistol squats without weight i assure you that no bodybuilder can do that even if he struggel to do 1x haha , when the exercise it easy move on the squats with weights , in Calisthenics you have to train like a bodybuilder that means to adding weigh to able to do 8-12 reps, not doing bench press haha so in that way you can build muscle , that's the reason everyone from here is pretty dumbass and keep replaying with non-smart phrases like : you added weigh to calisthenics oh now it no more calithenics , and the best answer for them is : Who Give's a **** about your opinion and done i know all of you dies of jelousy when you hear that words haha.

@DGMan99 don't cry buddy , go workout or do something haha.

Buddy i don't give a **** , in order to build muscle you have to add resistance and since you just add resistance tied to your body not doing bench press or other stuff it considered still calisthenics

ah and search on wikipedia the first pharse :

Calisthenics are exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements, often rhythmical, generally without using equipment or apparatus, thus in all essence body-weight training. read that word GENERALLY that means it not A MUST to not use weights in calisthenics. Great info, now go do more resereach before opening that hole named mouth pal.

PS: that beeing said my personal opinion is that i don't give a **** about anyone saying that weighted calisthenics is not calisthenics who give's a **** ,me personally i don't have time to lose for ****s like that , it a lifestyle you can do much with it like going to the gym.

you think I don't know that in order to build muscle you have to add resistance? A grade 3 student knows that "buddy".
That was not the point of my post. You can do whatever the **** you like in the gym. That's doesn't bother me. I'm just giving you proof that calisthenics means you use your body, and YOUR BODY ONLY.
Also, if you don't give a **** about if people think that weight calisthenics are a thing, then why are you so damn passionate about it?

Also one more point: Wikipedia is a public online site where anyone can post there dumb opinionated articles, and if one of their website moderators thinks it makes sence they'll publish it. Meriam Webster is a dictionary that's been around for over 100 years. So I'm pretty sure I'm gonna trust meriam Webster on this one.
