hey guys, i just got done with my workout about 40 minutes ago. my left hip is hurting at the joint area. my squat stance is pretty wide if that helps at all, whats going on?
i get that too, i think it is b.c i am not moving my hips back far enough.. I feel it at the beginning of the positive.. is this where you feel it too?
i dont really notice it while im squatting, although it probably happens at the bottom and the way up. i just feel a little bit of pain afterwards. i guess no one here is gonna help out tho
Might be a pinched nerve from the pressure on your lower back. Not a problem except that it hurts. If it gets really bad, the pain can run down your leg. Chiropractor can help. Try doing a quad exercise that doesn't put so much pressure on your lower back and see what happens with the pain. (It might take a couple weeks for the pain to subside.)
