I picked mono cus its honestly given me the best results then anything an ive tried alot of expensive stuff...but thats just me so im lucky i guess

i've always taken creatine pre, but i'm doing a trial and error run taking it post with Xtend and carbs. what i've noticed out of the ordinary is, i'm able to drink 1.5-2gal. of water a day with no problem.Originally Posted by DFA

Its kind of a loaded question if you don't consider price because it's like asking would you rather have 5 dollars or 10 dollars? Well, who would take 5 dollars when it's included in the 10 dollars, plus extra! Somewhat analogous at least....
