Hi guys
I would be taking part in an inter-departmental tug of war competition in 3 weeks time.
Am I right to say the entire back, the entire leg(quads+hams+calves) are used in this movement? What else?

What muscles are used in tug of war?

I would say the entire leg as well as your core to keep stability (lower back and abdominals). The movement is also alot like a row so i would hazard saying your lats and even your biceps to an extent.
