You could always split the dosage. 1 scoop of ON serious mass in the morning and 1 scoop in the afternoon will still = 2 scoops of ON serious mass a day.
I think 1 scoop per day is enough, but 2 will do the trick. Just space them through the day, like said above in morning and at afternoon.
How many table spoons is this just i got this passed on from friend and didnt come with scoop and binned other scoopers from previous protien thanks for help, also anyone had good results with this?
