They got banned because they were bumping like all of TJ2000's threads, which there is like a 1000 of them. Even though the replies were on topic, I think the reason some of them were giving was "they were causing trouble", which is lame. Go to page like 2-4 on the exercise section and it's all like TJ threads. Luke was banned for telling the mods they suck.

I havent planned on it. No one really cares unless you are lifting insane weight. And there is so much pressure to improve every workout with a journal. I just keep track in my head. Maybe I'll update significant prs but I still havent decided.
My back is fine. I just started squatting again after 7 months off so the weight is pretty pathetic. I'm BB rowing again and every now and then I rack pull. Deads still scare the **** out of me, and IMO not worth the risk.

Yeah I know what you mean. The heavier the weight, the better the journal Still, there are alot of people out there who take a different angle on how various people are training.
Good to hear the back is better man! If that's the way you feel about the dead, as you said, it just ain't worth it if you aren't comfortable in any lift. Although a top exercise, there is nothing set in stone stating one MUST DL if one lifts weights!!
Take it easy manMy PowerLifting journal!

Legs
Safety Squat Bar (SSB) Squats
Bunch of warmup ****
245 x 4
225 x 8
205 x 12
185 x 21
Machine Hacks
Leg Curls

Significant PR since I've always had trouble squatting and then add to that lower back issues. Wasnt really shooting for a widow but when I got to 15 I said what the heck lets do it. I was considering 25 but thought otherwise.
lower back feels drained atm...will have to see how it feels tomorrow.

Forces you to keep your lower back arched since the weight wants to make you fall forward.
