I have a buddy of mine. A year ago, he was about 240 @ 10% (5?11?). He was pretty impressive and looked like less than 10% to be honest. Anyway, he got injured and that was followed by an extended layoff for family issues. He has a great opportunity to make some serious cash but he needs to look like he did then. He will start back at the gym in a week or two and must get huge again ASAFP. Right now, he?s lost a TON of size and is hovering at about 210. He is naturally pretty lean so even though he?s ripped now, even without working out, his arms, and delts, and lats have pretty much gone the way of Brad Pitt.
I am old-school and always just recommend protein, creatine, and tons of food. Is there anything that can help him pack on the size again pretty quickly? No juice!! He used some PHs waaay back but made the biggest gains without them. I know that muscle memory will play a part but I?m just wondering if there is any help supplement-wise. The training intensity , whey, creatine, and food will be there without worry. This is big time money for him if he can get back in shape quickly.

At 5'11'', a lean 210 does not look like brad pitt... haha. Pitt is probably 180 soaking wet.
Anyways, tell him to try a X-factor/Activate Xtreme stack... and if he has the money throw in some Size ON, SuperPump250, and some muscle milk (love this stuff for bulking up... haters go away).
That would be one pricey stack, but it is pretty much the best thing you can do out side of PHs.

He's an actor. There's big money in asia for huge guys. He's also done some wrassling over there too. Not Mick Foley stuff but just playing big, American guy.
Hey, at your size, you'd be in-demand too. A guy (mostly whites but some blacks too) who's a lean 225+ in asia is like us seeing jay cutler over here. They just eat up American culture and gung-ho, kick-ass type stuff.

So, with a half mill on the line, my bro needs to get back to where he was. Otherwise, they'll just find some other guy that looks like him.
Anyone have any experience with muscle memory on a large scale? I know that back in the day that Arnold gained about 30 lbs of muscle in a month when he was getting ready for the '80 Olympia after filming Conan I think. Now everyone can start saying that he was probably popping d-bols like candy. lol

I think juice is not an option. He's had gall bladder problems in the past and his Dad developed prostate cancer early in life. I think that he's afraid to do hard stuff. He didn't have gall bladder probs back when he did hard PHs like 5yrs ago or so. He's open to mild PHs or similar but nothing that'll be taxing on his liver (since the gall bladder is part of the liver).
