i am trying to figure out how much i have been bicep curling. i put 25's on each side, is the bar 20/30/40 lbs?

15lb at the gym
weigh it, or if u go to a gym ask someone that would know (a trainer, or someone serious about BB)

Option 1 weigh the bar. Option 2 weigh yourself+bar, weigh yourself, then do some simple subtraction.

Number 3-As mentioned before either weight the bar or weight yourself, then you plus the bar and do the math. Not that it really matters at all in the end.
