Lets say you lifted fro like 2 years without a taking off more then 2 days in a row and all of a sudden you got sick and didnt lift for a while or went on a 2 week vacation or something. How long would it take to lose significant mass and strength i know you would lose some strength and size. I herd it takes like a month.
