Bumps on the back of your arms?

Hey guys... I was just wondering, any of you have a problem that isn't really acne, but just a bunch of bumps on the back of your arms. I have this problem and would like to get rid of it before my next competition. Any solutions? Thanks.

I had that. Go to a dermatologist. He will probably tell you to buy some cetaphil and will give you a prescription. Your so dark on competition day, that even if you have terrible scretch marks and bad scars, you can't see them.

I have the same problem. It is not acne but, more of a goos bump type of thing. Bump for more input.

I use to have the same problem, just go to a pharmacy or the grocery store and buy the strongest % of Hydrocortisone Cream and put that on the area a few times a day, I did this for a while and they went away and have never come back, Good Luck!

I had the same prob. I went to a dermatologist and she claims it's a yeast that gets into your pores while sweating. Acquired from sharing exercise equip.
