These are taken in one week increments from the 1st to the 4th week. I am now about to start my 5th week of Keto and am loving every minute of it. I feel that kicking up the cardio this last week made a huge difference. I felt during the 2nd and 3rd week I wasn't quite getting the results I wanted. I have been doing LIIT cardio twice a day, (early in the morning then after workout). I think Im going to Give some HIIT a try this week and see how that goes. I am stoked with the results so far and hope that they continue to go down this path. I have never experienced these kind of results so fast. Keto FTW. I will try to update weekly as much as possible. Here are a couple shots.....

Looking good.
How long are your LISS sessions? Maybe you should take things slowly before adding the HIIT. Give yourself room, ya know? Also, hold onto every calorie as long as you can. It's better to increase output (gradually, of course) than to restrict intake. Your metabolism will thank you.
When I did my cut, I started off with 30 minutes of cardio, 3x a week. This progressed to 4x a week, and then 5x. When I hit my next plateau, I upped the cardio to 45 min, 5x a week. My next plateau, 60 min, 5x a week. My last cardio increase was to add another 60 min. session on Sundays, totalling 6x a week. THEN, and only then, did I start removing calories, 50-100 calories each drop. I did this for 10 weeks, and kept nearly all my strength and muscle all while feeling pretty damn good for being on a diet.
If you wanna see what I looked like when I was done, I have a thread floating around here somewhere.

that's some great work there, congrats man.
I started a keto/anabolic diet 1 month ago and have had some good results but not quite that striking!
Is the Keto affecting any strength or endurance? I started using Xtend and that seemed to fix my mid-workout crashes- but for a while there I definitely felt a bit sluggish.
great progress, keep it up.
