hello, i am thinking about taking creatine, but have herd that creatine such as CellTech, and SWOLE, give you cramps and stomach Aches. Is this true?? What type should i take??

WOW, dont ever, ever post about creatine here again post in supplement section first of all and READ the stickies, you get cramps because you are not drinking enough water, you should be drinking 5-6 litres a day at least.

Don't take Cell-Tech, go with some bulk mono and take it with dark grape juice.
