    On Non Training Days - When Should I Take CL Products

    Guys,

    Looking for advice on when I should take Blue Up and Green Bulge on my non-training days. Any time have a particular advantage?

    Yes, I do, but usually have 2 days where I'm doing nothing. Looking for advice on what to do those days...

    on non-training days, I take green bulge with a meal, whichever meal happens to be convenient.. I don't take blue up on nontraining days, because mine is the one with stims in it..
