You should train about 45 mins to an hour a day, 2 hours is very much overtraining.

after like 60 mins of working out in a day your body would release cortisol and basically you're taking two steps forwards and one steps back. ur muscle can't take the strain and have already gone catabolic

    A day?
    You're overtraining a la BIGTIME
Don't train every day,and if you train keep it under 1 hour.45 mins is perfect (excl. warmup and 2 times of stretchin.)

Also you're weight is fine.I currently weigh 71 kg at age 16,im bulking and trying to get 80 sometime soon.

    if you're trainign 3x a day(e.g., on a full-body routine), about 55-60minutes.

    if you're training 1muscle/day, stick with 35-40

1 hour is max for you fellows? after 1 hour is when the real intensity starts to kick and you feel the pump.
