I am going to be working out my triceps and chest tonight. I just need some HIT exercises for each, with taking into consideration that it's my home gym, equipped with DBs, a BB, a bench, and a total gym system. What can I do, to have the maximum and efficient workout, while under a HIT program, with those equipment?
