Is lifting my head and neck off the bench when doing them cheating? I was using a barbell.

i don't *think* that's cheating, but if you keep doing that i can guarantee you'll suffer from neck injuries in a very short time if you do that all the time u bench

id say no, unless Im cheating also. I keep my head straight cause I like to watch my form in the mirror while im lifting
