I wonder what kind of workout routines Dave Gulledge followed, anyone who knows this?
Everyone who wants to be big and strong, and thinks bodybuilding is the way to go, should take a look at this;

This made me realize powerlifting is the way to go (train like a powerlifter, eat like a bodybuilder ).
So I wanted to try 5x5, and cycle it with hst from time to time.
But I wonder how Dave Gullegde trains, obviously like a pl.
I want to be big and strong (I don't understand people who only want to be big), the way dave is in the first pic (before the dieting).
Does anyone know this?
