Very good pec-deltoid tie-in. Can't really assess how developed your chest is, but nevertheless, you arm looks good.

koo.as long as u aint no racist chalvey boy,all i can say is keep pumping and keep scaring them munde in slough. me sis recently brought a house in langle,and she said the loadgers downstairs is a muslim weight trainer,aint u is it? heavy arms man.u have gone a long way in 8months.im from hounslow sidez by the way.chunga!

either that or someones been putting some lean meat in my veggie diet!
