ive only changed to this the last 2 days.. but it makes me feel really sick when i drink it
any idea why this would make me feel this way and what part it would be from?
i have
250ml milk
2 eggs
1 scoop ON 100% any whey protein powder
2 scoops icecream

could be lactose intolerance or it could just be that is quite a bit of liquid calories at one time. Try splitting it up, half now half maybe an hour later, or try it with some whole food

You are eating a ton of fats in the morning unless the milk and ice cream is low fat and you are only eating the egg whites, I have heard people being sick because of a heavy amount of fat in a little amount of time.
Also you have been on this diet for two days so there maybe a hump you need to get over before your body begins to fully accept the food.Last edited by viciouspoultry; 03-20-2006 at 02:45 PM.

I used to get the same thing with my morning shake, then I started chasing it with a half liter of water, and that seemed to quell the raging beast. In my case I think it was just the sudden onrush of highly concentrated sources of carbohydrates and protein after 8-12 hours of nothing, and it just shocked the system.
