im in Sarasota myself...im new to lifting and all of my friends:
a. are fat or badly out of shape
b. dont have YMCA memberships
c. arent motivated enough to do anything
it'd be cool to meet up with some/one of you and maybe you could teach me some stuff, ive had trouble lately burning fat..i lift about twice a week, upper body one day lower the next.., 3 sets of 10 each machine pretty much..
lol i really just got thrown into the gym and threw together the most ghetto workout i could come up with, surprisingly ive gained in strength and some definition, lost about 5 lbs in a month or two..
so anyway, send me a pm or whatever if any cool peeps wanna hang out or whatever :P
p.s. i work out at the ymca on bahia vista

I workout about 3-4 times a week depending on my time.
Monday-Chest
Tuesday- Legs & Abs
Wednesday-Shoulders & Biceps
Thursday- Back & Triceps
This routine is not written in stone I tend to improvise and change things up all the time to keep the muscle groups confused.
