So after many solid mon-thurs of hard work and diet my foolish weekends have hindered my progress... I should be 170 lbs by now and am 163 lbs at 13%.
I will be doing body measurments shortly and regularly along with weigh-ins and Body Fat measurements. I will do them all under the same conditions (The condition I will be in when first measurements are taken)
This log is more of a tool for me to stay dedicated and away from my usual weekend antics(If you can guess) that shouldn't be in that of a 16 year old especially one passionate about training.
Starting tomorrow Diet/Training will be posted.
Also Tomorrow I am getting 2 wisdom teeth taken out which will suck hopefully I can have solid foods if not I'll just make a sacrifice and have an egg/tuna shake (Serious) although I'm quite sure I can eat/drink whatever as long as I don't use a straw.
Subscribe if you like or just check in, expect to be seeing improvements as this is not only my diet/workout log it is a rehabiliation log for me.
