When finding a Deadlift max... (serious)
A 1RM do you count the first pull up or the next down and up as number 1?
On the Bench press it would be down and up, however, I always feel like the initial upward movement of a deadlift is more quad based when bringing it up from the ground.
Reps for the anwser that are helpful. (yes 100 rep power wow, weak yes i know that too)
